Now we have the girl.

It's made in Psp 7 with Paint brush.

I have used these pattern for the apron and dress. Rightclick on each and save in your Psp folder

I have used these colors for outlines:

Apron - #A1B4E2
Dress - # E47285
Haie - #F8B11A
Face, hands - #DAA2A2
Shoes - #6A4730
Cap, bow- #000080
About eyes, nose and eyelash - black
Pupiler - blue
Mouth - red

Open a New Image 110 x 160 transparent.
Zoom up to 4:1
Sett Paintbrush, square to 2, For eyes, nose eyelash,pupiler and mouth we use size 1.
and make the girl:

SAVE.

Now we have to put on color.
Zoom down to 2:1.

Use Magic Wand

click inside the apron and it's select.

Open dress1 pattern and sett foreground to pattern:

Push on pattern in styles

find dress1 on top.

Sett scale to 30 and angle to 45. OK. Fill. Go to Selection / Float. Then to Effect / 3Deffects / Cut Out with these settings:

Repeat cut out but sett Vertical and horizontal to -2.
Deselect.

Repeat Magic Wand to select all the other parts. If there are more than one part to select, then hold down Shift when you use Magic Wand. Voila, all are select.

Select all part of dress, remember also between the bow. Open dress2 pattern and sett foreground to pattern but sett scale 40 and angle 0. Fill. Float and cut out as apron but color #E47285.
Deselect.

Select the exterior of cap. Color #324C80. Fill. Float and Cut out. V. 2 & H. -2, color #446DC0.
Deselect.

Select inner cap and bow (all part). Color #4264AA. Fill. Float and cut out as befor but color #334C7F.
Deselect.

Select Face. Color #E7C1C1. Fill. Float and cut out. V. & H. 2, color #DAA2A2.
Deselect

SAVE (Ctrl-S)

Select hands. Color Float and cut out as face but sett V. & H. to -2.
Deselect.

Select. Shoes. Color # 81593F. Fill. float and cut out as hands but color #6A4730.
Deselect.

Select Hair. Color #FCCD68. fill. Float and cut out. V. & H. 2, color #F8B11A.
Deselect

Select. innereyes. Fill with white. Deselect.

Select pupils. Innerbevel Psp's round but sett elevation to 16.
Deselect.

SAVE (Ctrl-S)

New layer. Color #8AA1DA. Use Airbrush size 3 and make some lines in the apron:

Effect/3Deffects/Blur/Gaussian Blur, sett to 1,5.
Deselect.

New layer. Color #000080. use Draw, freehand size 1. Make some lines in the bow.
Deselect.

It's that:

Merge visible all layers and save as tube.
