New layer, hand. Foreground F2CBAC. Open hand file and fill.
Selection / Invert and drop shadow with these settings:

Deselect

New layer, handdetail. Foreground EDA163. Open handdetail file and fill.
 Deselect.

New layer, body. Foreground ED4343. Open body 1file and fill.
 Deselect.

New layer, bodyshadow. Foreground DB1D1D. Open bodyshadow file and fill.
Deselect.

New layer, bodydetail . Foreground DD2121. open bodydetail file and fill.
Deselect.

New layer, head. Foreground F2CBAC. Open head file and fill .
Invert and shadow as hand.
Deselect.

New layer, caps. Foreground ED4343. Open caps file and fill.
Deselect.

New layer, capsshadow. Foreground DB1D1D. Open capsshadow file and fill.
 Deselect.

New layer, details. Foreground A31919. Open capsdetail file and fill.
Deselect.

New layer, hair. Foreground F1C347. Open hair file and fill.
Make some lines with Draw, freehand 4, color E9AE1F.

New layer, eye1. Foreground white. Open eye1 file and fill.
Deselect.

New layer, eye2. Foreground 614AD6. Open eye2 file and fill. Go to Effects / 3Deffects / Innerbevel with these settings:

Deselect.

New layer, dummy1. Foreground 797FD3. Open dummy1 file and fill.
 Deselect.

New layer, dummy2. Foreground 9DA3DF. Open dummy2 file and fill.
 Deselect.

New layer cheek. Foreground DE7171. Use Airbrush :

Go to Blur / Gaussian blur set to 4.
